Support Services provides Revenue Services support for Providence Health Care, the Provincial Health Services Authority and Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. Revenue Services also provides service to patients, family members and third party billing agencies by communicating and explaining billing information and charges. This consolidated structure allows access to specialized knowledge needed for the complex billing rules found in the BC health care industry.
Revenue Services provides a full range of services including billing and invoice management, collections, cashiering, reporting and audits.
Revenue Services generates 3.5 million invoices annually and processes four million charges worth $735 million.
