The Titans have signed 29-year old DE Jason Babin to a 1-year, $1 million dollar offer sheet.  He played in 12 games for the Eagles last season in which he made 16 tackles, 1 tackle for a loss and he had 2.5 sacks.  With the addition of Darryl Tapp to the D-Line earlier this week I just don’t think they will match Babin’s offer from the Titans.

UPDATE:  The Eagles declined to match Jason Babin’s offer sheet from the Titans ending his time in Philly.
