Brent Celek is the kind of tough guy that Philly will love.  He plays until the whistle and loves to block downfield in the running game.  He also is a good receiver as he has soft hands and a big body to throw around.  He is 6′4″, 261 pounds and he runs a 4.75 40.  Celek isn’t going to run away from defenders after he catches the ball, but he will catch any pass that hits his hands.  In 48 games (38 starts) at Cincinnati, Celek caught 91 passes for 1,135 yards (12.5 avg) with 14 TD grabs.  Celek will back up L.J. Smith and play on a lot of the Eagles’ special teams as a rookie.
