3. (87) Stewart Bradley, OLB
The Eagles felt the need to upgrade at outside linebacker so they were happy to see Stewart Bradley fall to them in the 3rd round. At 6′3″, 256 pounds Bradley has nice size and he runs a 4.7 40 which is excellent for a man his size. Bradley has problems covering tight ends but he’s a good run defender. In 43 games (29 starts) at Nebraska, Bradley has made 175 tackles, 25 tackles for a loss, had 4 sacks, broke up 3 passes and had 1 interception. Bradley was a solid pick for the Eagles as he will eventually be a starter for them. And he also should help on special teams immediately as he was good on them at Nebraska.
