Will probably have a similar path to playing time that he did in college.  At Tennessee he played on special teams his first two seasons and then graduated to starting linebacker his last two seasons.  He has the speed to make plays from sideline to sideline as long as he’s kept clean by the defensive line.  He’s a little undersized and that hurts him against power running teams.

Gaither played in 49 games at Tennessee (22 starts) and made 210 tackles, 23 tackles for a loss, six sacks, broke up 5 passes and intercepted 2.
