Receivers banged up early on
Reggie Brown is out indefinately after injuring his left hamstring. The Eagles can ill-afford to lose Brown when the games count, because as a rookie he caught 43 passes for 571 yards (13.3 avg.) and 4 TDs. Brown looks to get a chance to replace the evil T.O. as the number #1 receiver if he can stay healthy.
Todd Pinkston is experiencing soreness in the area of his Achilles that sidelined him for all of last year. The Eagles will be careful with him during camp, because they need him bad this season. Pinkston has played in 78 games (62 starts) and has caught 184 passes for 2,816 yards (15.3 avg.) and 14 TD receptions.
